Moong Dal or split green gram are high source of nutrients including manganese, potassium, folate, iron, zinc etc. They are high source of proteins and dietary fiber. If you are tired of making the normal dal palak and other curries, it is time for something new, something sweet!! Another Nutella recipe!!Oh boy, I love it and can't stop finding new ways to have it. This one is a rolled french toast with nutella spread inside bread.
