Sweet and Spicy Pineapple Salsa

Image
Pineapple salsa is a sweet, spicy and sour mix of pineapple, onion, jalapenos with a dash of lemon juice and fresh cilantro. I add cooked corn too..This can be used on top of baked fish, chicken or tortilla chips. I even use it inside a chapathi roll 😊 So here goes one of the simplest and tastiest pineapple salsa.  Ingredients: SNo. Ingredients Measurement 1 Pineapple 1 cup 2 Corn 1/2 cup 3 Onion 1/2 cup 4 Chopped Jalapenos* 1 5 Lemon juice 1/2 slice 6 Chopped Cilantro As per the taste 7 Salt As per the taste Cooking Method: Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Keep it outside for 30 mins for a nice flavor. Refrigerate the mix for a cool salsa. That is it!! Enjoy it on top of tortilla chips or chappathi roll. Also use it on  top of fried/baked chicken or fish. Note: I replaced Jalapenos with green chillies, but I would say the jalapenos tastes good in salsa.
